Educated in Landscape Architecture at the University of Florida and Management at the University of West Florida, Ken Johansen has designed thousands of projects in Pensacola, Florida and the surrounding areas for over 35 years. In 1976, Johansen opened his own landscape architecture practice and began designing and building landscapes for commercial, residential, state and federal governments. As Superintendent of Landscaping and Grounds, Ken maintained and developed the 1,000-acre campus of the University of West Florida.
